On Sunday mornings, children start out in the sanctuary by attending a portion of church with their parent/guardian. Following the children’s sermon, ages 3 - 3rd grade are invited to the children’s wing where they will have their Jr. church service which includes a lesson, games and crafts.

Nursery is available at all services and during our 10am Sunday School hour. We welcome your little ones to nursery class where they will experience the love of Jesus while parents attend worship and Sunday school.

Happening in May! This year Pleasant Hill will hand out bottled water/sports drinks for the McAdory schools field days. This is such a fun day and a way to be directly involved with all children. We participated in one of the local field days last year and it was such a hit that we're going to serve in all 5 schools this year. We will need volunteers to pick up the bottles from the Grace Klein warehouse and deliver to the school or to the church, depending on when they're available. Volunteers are needed for pickup, delivery and handing out at the event. Volunteers
All volunteers for children and youth ministries at Pleasant Hill UMC must be members of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church for a minimum of 6 months prior to volunteering in children's and/or youth ministry, pass a background check, submit a volunteer application form and complete safe sanctuaries training. For safe sanctuaries online training, click ‘create new account.’ Under district, choose ‘South Central.’
