Youth Ministry is a vibrant and exciting part of our church and includes all youth from 6th grade through 12th grade.

Weekly Activities

Sundays from 5 to 7pm

Wednesdays from 6 to 8pm

There are two opportunities within the week for the youth to connect.  On Sunday nights, the youth are welcome to come from 5pm until 7pm and share in a meal together followed by a discipleship lesson focusing on their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Wednesday nights are more of an outreach opportunity where our young people gather from 6pm until 8pm to have a meal and hear a message that is centered around sharing the good news and embodying Christ in our schools, neighborhoods and families.  There is always opportunity for recreation and fellowship.  The Impact Cafe includes a kitchen, pool table, air hockey table and big screen television.

Monthly Firesides

It has been a long tradition of Pleasant Hill to have monthly firesides at the homes of members. This is a time of food, fellowship, and fun that allows members to get to know and to love on the young people of Pleasant Hill. All it takes is one Sunday evening, a few hot dogs and good time. Would you like to host the youth? If so, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Yearly Youth Activities

Our yearly youth activities include a Fall and Spring retreat, summer mission trips, local mission efforts, and various recreation opportunities.

Serving Our Saints

Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. James 1:27

The youth at Pleasant Hill take this claim seriously and participate in a service project with the goal of serving the saints of the church and community who have given of their prayers and support for these young people. This involves tasks that range from changing light bulbs to ripping out carpet. It is through service that true joy in Christ is found. Do you have questions about this ministry? If so, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
